WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We now offer worldwide shipping on all of our products.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

All items are sent within 1 working day, first class. You should receive your order within 1-3 business working days if you are from the UK. If you are ordering from overseas, then shipping time will take up to 10 business working days.

ARE ALL ITEMS SENT WITH TRACKING?

We do not currently offer tracking for all orders due to Unapologetic Cosmetics currently being a small brand. We send all orders personally via Royal Mail and to send with tracking would put the cost of shipping up for our customers. However, if you are ordering from the UK and would like to have tracking for your order, there is an option to select tracked delivery at the checkout. The cost for tracking an order is a much higher rate as that is the current Royal Mail shipping rate for sending tracked parcels. In the near future once we expand, we will offer much more affordable tracking services and send all orders with a personal courier.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes and special offers are posted on our Instagram or Facebook page or are sent via email if we are offering any promotions. If you would like to keep up to date with the latest offers then join our mailing list (link at the bottom of our home page).

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

All of our lashes are cruelty free and vegan friendly made from synthetic fibres.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on our products due to hygiene standards.

We DO accept returns or exchanges on items if they have arrived damaged or are faulty. If you have received an item that is in an unsatisfactory condition, then please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us via email at hello@unapologeticcosmetics.co.uk stating your order number and include an image of the faulty item(s).
